The course aims at equipping learners with knowledge and understanding of issues related to learners’ diverse backgrounds in terms of educational needs, abilities/disabilities, religions, social-economic class, culture and linguistics. The learner educators will be required to explore this pluralism issues from theoretical and practical perspectives in order to address learners' different educational needs and learning styles. Technological influences on these diversities are also explored with regards to related learners’ learning needs and supports.
